Do Diversity goals really lead to an overload of fragmented communication, making it too complex to manage? I think they do. But that's not the end of the story. The more I've looked at combining diversity, systems thinking & organisational development aspects in my work — including in the context of AI — the more I've become convinced that it's a necessity. It took me several months to condense my thoughts into a short article, but here it is — it explores why treating DEI as more than an HR initiative is crucial for mastering organizational complexity.
