During the Change Workout Community event for corporate representatives on the topic of New Organizing – Paradoxes & Leadership, Julia Wüster & I were invited to present the New Organizing book project & engage participants in discussions on postmodern leadership. The event was organized by Emergize. We showcased a specific case from the book & delved into the overarching conclusions drawn from the project. One key takeaway: Embrace a postmodern approach! Rather than blindly following the latest trends, leverage them to assess the effectiveness of established initiatives. It was an engaging exchange!
