As a dynamic professional, she serves as a moderator, speaker, author, and mentor, sharing insights garnered from over a decade of dedication to responsible leadership & innovation in both the public and NGO sectors as CEO & Managing Director.
With a legal background, a degree in Strategic Management from Harvard University, and certifications in Competitive Strategy and Innovation from the London School of Economics, as well as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Northwestern University, Elena brings a wealth of knowledge at the intersection of these subjects. Additionally, she holds a license as a systemic organizational consultant.
She is the founder of the & the good lab network. Her extensive background includes impactful roles such as Partner & Consultant at the Diversity Kartell, Alumna & Researcher at the renowned systems thinking network Simon Weber Friends, and a valuable member of the consulting team at itstime. Additionally, Elena contributes as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Think Tank iRights.Lab. In this context, she lead the Innovation Office for the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) from 2019 to 2022.
